About

Sealing products, application review and a clear path from inquiry to repeat supply.

Auter Sealing Solutions was established in 2013. We supply standard profiles, machined seals and custom molded parts, and we review each inquiry against the application data you already have.

Company background

Built around the right seal for the application

Auter Sealing Solutions manufactures and supplies sealing products for industrial use: hydraulic and pneumatic seals, oil seals, O-rings, X-rings, encapsulated seals, bonded seals, machined PTFE parts and custom molded parts. Inquiries are reviewed from any location.

Since 2013 the work has stayed the same: match the profile, material and hardware to the duty, then keep quality, lead time and cost under control over the life of the part. We use that product knowledge on the specific conditions you send — dimensions, pressure, speed, temperature, media and quantity — so the recommendation is usable, not generic.

Volume is not a filter. If a stock item does not exist for the groove or duty, we can quote a custom part through in-house tooling or CNC machining.

Samples are available so a material or profile can be checked before a production order. Send what you have — a profile code, drawing, photo or worn part — and we will take it from there.

A company partner brings more than 20 years of prior working experience at Parker Hannifin. That background is used in conversations about profiles, hardware and replacement practice.

How we work

Range, stock and a reply you can plan around

Three practical commitments behind every inquiry: the catalog coverage, what we hold in stock, and how quickly the team answers.

One-stop sealing range

We supply the main profile groups used on industrial equipment: rod seals, piston seals, wipers, guide rings, oil seals, pneumatic seals and static seals, plus machined and custom parts when a stock profile is not enough.

Stock for faster shipment

Standard O-rings, X-rings, bonded seals, oil seals, U-cup seals and filled PTFE seals are held in stock so confirmed orders can move to shipment without waiting on a new production run.

Response within the working day

Sales replies to inquiries within 12 hours during working hours, and within 24 hours outside those hours. Use email or WhatsApp when a requirement is urgent.

Workshop

Molding and inspection on the production floor

The photographs below show the rubber molding workshop and automated inspection used for molded sealing parts.

Rubber molding workshop

Rubber molding workshop

Molding workshop used for elastomer sealing parts when a custom or volume molded item is required. Tooling and compound are confirmed against the drawing before production.

Auto inspection

Auto inspection

Automated inspection equipment used for dimensional or visual checks on production lots, in addition to the laboratory checks shown below.

Laboratory

Material and dimensional checks in the Auter lab

The photographs below show the equipment used for material, dimensional and environmental checks. Additional inspection can be discussed against an inquiry. See also quality practice.

Material test lab

Material test lab

In-house laboratory space used to run material and finished-part checks on hydraulic, pneumatic, rotary and static seals before samples or production lots are released.

Dimension calibration

Dimension calibration

Optical profile projector and height-gauge equipment used to check seal dimensions against the drawing or confirmed specification.

Tensile testing machine

Tensile testing machine

Tensile tester used to measure strength and elongation of elastomer and polyurethane compounds when a material check is required.

Aging test machine

Aging test machine

Aging equipment used to review how a compound or finished seal behaves after heat exposure, where the application calls for that check.

High/low-temperature thermal-shock chamber

High/low-temperature thermal-shock chamber

Environmental chambers used to cycle high and low temperature so material and assembly behaviour can be reviewed against the duty.

Salt-spray test chamber

Salt-spray test chamber

Salt-spray chamber used to check corrosion resistance on metal-cased or combined parts when the inquiry requires that test.

Working process

From inquiry to repeat supply

01

Requirement review

Organize profile, drawing, dimensions, material, service conditions and commercial targets.

02

Specification alignment

Clarify uncertainties before sampling or order confirmation.

03

Order continuity

Keep confirmed product information available for repeat purchasing and range expansion.
